*blows off dust/cobwebs on blog* seems like i am updating on a monthly basis, haha. and i cant believe it, it's october already! i'm into my 3rd month of schooling alr!
mum went overseas with dad just few days ago, so it's me and my bro at home. "home quarantined" so that i can make sure he doesnt slack for his eoy exams. fyi, eoy=end of year, all of us are so into uni life that when i mentioned 'eoy', all my friends went 'huh what's eoy?'. see what uni has done to us, haha. so anyway, i will tell him this real-life story whenever i see him slacking like no one's business, and i guess it's good to share to those who are slacking despite being the exam period now, so here goes:
one day, there's this girl reading the time traveler's wife. and then it left her thinking: what would happen to her if she travel back to the past now, let's say, back to when she's in sec 3. becuz she sort of neglected her studies in sec 3 due to various reasons, her results plunged. she had to take qualifying tests for 2 subjects in sec 4, and knowing that, she should have studied during the dec hols, yet she wasted her time playing maple. of course, the qualifying test results were rather bad. and since she's studying in a rather good school, the expectations of the students from the school are rather high, so they executed a merciless plan: bombarding ppl who didnt do well in sec 3 to drop a subject. the girl was no exception. unknowingly, this was the start of the girl's miserable life. in j1, she was only given 4 subject combination options to choose from, when the rest of the cohort had like more than 10/15/20+++? she had no choice but to take a combi where ppl think it's a super duper crazy combi. and in the end, she took a subject by the name of geog, which was a bad choice cuz ultimately, it's the only result that caused her to be unable to get into any of the three local unis. even though now she's enjoying her uni life, cuz of the new friends she has made, she realised that she was still escaping from reality whenever ppl (who're not close to her) asked her about her whereabouts. somehow, she still has prob saying those 3 letters out.
so if you dont want to regret for your entire life, the moral of the story is: treasure your studying life. dont let a stupid mistake ruin your entire life. well, from what i know, this girl sometimes still feels remorseful for not treasuring her studies last time, but no worries, she's still living happily ever after, putting 101% in her uni studies, hoping to get rewarding results soon. HAHAHA. so everyone who's having exam now, dont give up! jiayou and CHIONG! :D
hahaha not bad ah, for once my post becomes a motivational post. HAHAHA. so anyway, back to the topic. october is going to be a super busy month for me. band practices for swsy concert, cv meetings and dry run, studies, and ahhem, my birthday! if i were to make a wishlist, i have so many things that i want man. just to name a few: touchscreen phone, leather/'cloth' bag pack,
so yeah, i will update soon, i promise(:
